What should I bring?
Bring all your normal personal items and clothes. We do provide the following items for your convenience: Hairdryers, pillows, sheets, etc for the beds, shower towels, etc. We do have some basic swim towels, so if you require a special towel, please bring it along.
Parking Availability?
We have availability for two cars to be parked in the driveway. There is no overnight parking on the road allowed or on the grass area, due to local bylaws and underground irrigation systems.
Is WIFI available?
Yes, we provide unlimited WiFi for your stay. We do not allow restricted sites to be accessed, please speak to your children as to what they are allowed to access. The password is provided upon arrival.
Is there Cable TV available?
No, we do not provide Cable TV, we do provide a Ruko or Firestick to allow you to Log in to your Crave, Netflix or any other subscription you have.
Is there Baby Equipment available?
Yes, we have available for use a high-chair, pack-n-play playpen and a bed rail for toddlers. Additionally, there is a baby safety fence in the pool area and is typically set up upon arrival. Please understand, take it down at your own risk, we are not going to be held responsible in any way.
Is the Private Pool heated?
Yes, the pool is heated and set at 85 degrees F year-round, through our solar system. The solar system provides heat via the sun. Therefore the shorter the daylight the less likely the pool will stay at 85 degrees F. If additional heat is required and could be for the period from November to April, we can provide additional heat at a nominal cost. Please let us know if additional heat is required and we can provide pricing. Please be advised, additional pool heat is only available for your entire stay, as it will be turned on upon arrival and turned off after departure.
Is Long-Distance Telephone available?
No, we do not provide a telephone service as Cell phones are the basic way of calling.
How many Occupants are able to stay?
The villa has two queen size beds and four single beds, therefore 8 people comfortably. The couch is also available if you have a ninth person and they don't mind the couch. Our villa is perfect for two families of 4.
Do you have a BBQ or Outdoor Grill?
No, we do not have a BBQ or outdoor grill for sanitary and insurance reasons. If a BBQ or outdoor grille is required, it can be rented on a weekly basis, for a nominal fee. It will be delivered on the date of arrival and picked up, cleaned up after your departure. We do not allow the BBQ or outdoor grille to be in the Lanai.
Are Pets allowed?
Sorry, we provide a non-pet friendly atmosphere for all our guests. Allergies and cleanliness are our concern for all our guests.
Reservations?
To reserve we require a 50% deposit to hold the time slot requested available. The remaining 50% is required 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations?
If cancelling your booking before 60 days prior to arrival, we will try and rebook the time, if we are successful in rebooking, a refund will be granted for the difference. If cancelling between the 60 day period and the arrival date, Deposit is forfitted, we will also try and rebook, if successful again a refund may be granted depending on reservation. If we are unsuccessful in both cases, no refund will be available.
